Rashee Rice named in another Dallas County lawsuit related to the crash – KRLD

More than three weeks after his high-speed hit-and-run crash in Dallas, it looks like there’s another lawsuit naming Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice.

A Kansas City TV station, citing Dallas court documents, reports that Rice and a friend have been named in another lawsuit filed by one of the other drivers, Kamlesh Desai.

This new lawsuit is on top of the first lawsuits filed in Dallas County by Irina Gromova and Edvard Petrovsky.

Dallas police say Rice was going nearly 120 miles an hour, racing his friend, SMU player Theodore Knox who was driving another car that was registered in Rice’s name.

This week, ESPN reported that Rice is also facing a multi-game suspension by the NFL. Knox has also been suspended indefinitely by SMU.
