Abed-Isaac Pierre killed in tragic Richardson crash on U.S. Highway 75 – The Legal Advocate

1 dead, 2 injured in early Monday morning accident

RICHARDSON, TX, (February 12, 2024) – One person died and two others were injured early Monday morning in a collision along U.S. Highway 75 in Richardson. 

Fatal CrashAbed-Isaac Pierre died early Saturday morning in a motor vehicle collision along U.S. Highway 75 in Richardson.

According to the Richardson Police Department, a Lexus traveling northbound on U.S. 75 crashed into the center concrete barrier at approximately 1:15 a.m. Subsequently, a Honda crashed into the Lexus and then struck a passenger from the Lexus who had exited the vehicle after the initial crash.

The pedestrian, identified as 32-year-old Florida resident Abed-Isaac Pierre, tragically died at the site of the crash. 

The driver of both vehicles were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

The incident remains under investigation.

CRASH INVESTIGATION

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 42,915 people lost their lives in motor vehicle crashes in the United States in 2021, an increase of over 10 percent from 2020.
